EIDDOSIAH

It is beyond doubt that information concerning

naval and marine movements in Eastern seas gets to the enemy

and German firms in our colonies are strongly suspected of being concerned. In any event it is obvious that such firms

can easily communicate with Germany if they are permitted to

continue business with neutral countries.

Such important interests are at stake that German

firms should be either limited to internal trade or closed dowr

altogether. The latter course is the one I prefer as more

effective and I am of opinion that it should be followed even where the persons for the time in charge are not German.

I shall be glad to have your comments but if you
